Patient view of the portal

Patients can log into the patient portal on any device (computer, phone, etc.)

Enter email and password.


Patient will have access to upcoming appointments, messages, and any intake forms assigned to them.


Appointments tab

Depending on features enabled, patient can:

  1. See upcoming appointments.
  2. Check in for appointments.
  3. Cancel appointments.
  4. Book new appointments.


Intake forms tab

Patient can access:

  1. New intake forms to complete. (Click fill out)
  2. Review completed forms. (Cannot edit once submitted)


Messages tab

You can configure the patient's ability to:

  1. Review new messages sent to them, including pdf attachments.
  2. Reply to messages, adding attachments if required.
  3. Create a new message to the clinic.

If the configurations are setup, the patient can either start a new message, or reply to a message received by the doctor. Patients can also add attachments to those messages, such as a picture of a wound for comparison to the last visit.
Once starting a new message, or clicking on reply, click the paperclip to select a file to add to the message.
