This report shows all the employees’ permissions per doctor.

It will also enable you to make changes to multiple employees and doctors at the same time. Grant permissions to employees, allowing them access to appointments, billing, and financial reports for specific doctors, restricting access from others.

This report shows all employees’ permissions for each doctor.

Each column group at the top represents a Doctor, and each row represents another User.

Permissions are assigned vertically (top to bottom within each doctor column):

• A = Appointment Access
• B = Billing Access
• F = Financial Reports

To grant or remove access, check or uncheck the boxes under the desired doctor’s column for each employee.

Example:
To give COOPER full access for all Doctors, check all boxes (A, B, F) going down the COOPER column.
