Print center

In Healthquest there are several windows that display a ‘print center’ button, such as the client list manager, letters, client statements, and various reports.

From here, you can print labels and envelopes (same as clicking the label button), but also send bulk emails to patients, and generate the same letter on multiple patient records as well.

Here is an example of the print center in client list manager.

1. Open client list manager (reports > statistics > client list manager).
   
2. Select a list or generate a new list. Click here to learn more about client list manager.
   
3. Highlight the patients you wish to send an email to and click the print center button.
   

1. Select the email option radio button.
   
2. Click ‘build e-mail message.
   

1. Select an email template using the dropdown or free type in your message.

1. Click send, the same message will go out to all patients that were selected in the client list manager.
