Print to patient portal

Print to patient portal

Open the patient chart and click print.


Select items to send to the patient through the portal.

Select ‘send through patient portal’.


Once all items are selected, click print.

There are two options (top left corner).

            1.       Create a new conversation and attach:

a.       Type a description in the subject line.

b.       Type in any message that should accompany the documents.

c.       Scroll through the documents to confirm everything is there that is required.

d.       Click send (top right corner) when ready.


            2.       Attach to an existing conversation:

a.       Select an existing open conversation.

b.       Type in the message to accompany the documents.

c.       Scroll through the documents to confirm everything is there that is required.

d.       Click send (top right corner) when ready.
