Privacy compliance

Privacy is very important to us and you as a provider, so here are some key points to note:

• Nexus AI is both PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant
• Data hosted on Canadian servers
• Data stored for 48 hours (or deleted sooner at clinic’s request)
• Built by Canadian doctors and researchers
• Approved by OMD, Canada Health Infoway, and major health authorities

The recordings and transcripts will remain in the system for up to 48 hours, this is the default setting. Once the notes are complete and have been copied and pasted into Healthquest, the provider can manually delete the encounter from the Nexus AI. 

Click on encounter history on the left side, then either the reviewed or unreviewed lists have the delete trash can icon, click on it to remove from the system.
