QuestIQ
Meet QuestIQ, Healthquest’s AI help agent! Have questions about a feature, how to do something, or what a button does? Ask QuestIQ and be provided with answers straight from our Knowledge Base or other Healthquest resources.
To access QuestIQ, navigate to your TableTop. You will
find the launch button at the top of your sidebar. Click the button to launch.
The QuestIQ window will then open. The window will
stay on top of any Healthquest window that you have open and it will remain
open until you close it.
Ask QuestIQ any question you would like.
QuestIQ will provide answers from our Knowledge Base
and may suggest a video from our YouTube channel to support your request. If
you see a number in the generated response, hover your curser and it will
provide a link to the information. You can also request to be directed to the
article where the information was found.
The QuestIQ window will stay next to your sidebar on your tabletop if you leave the ‘Snap to Sidebar’ checkbox selected.
If you deselect the checkbox, you can move the window
where you would like to.
