To reschedule an upcoming appointment, drag the patient from the schedule back into the shuttle bay, find the new date and time, and drag them back onto the schedule.
If the original appointment should remain on the schedule, open, and change the state, then click rebook.
This will close the existing appointment and load the patient in the shuttle bay ready for the next booking.
