Referral Management Report
Utilizing referral management not only provides advantages
in tracking referrals throughout the process, but it also generates a report
that offers a wealth of information, including trends and volumes of referrals
based on specific criteria.
Find this report on the tabletop menu bar; reports > statistics > referral management report or use the shortcut button on the left toolbar.
When using the left toolbar, there is an option to make this a favorite report, once the report is highlighted, check off the favorite box, moving forward, use the favorites radio button along the top once the report central is open.
This report pulls a list of referrals found in referral management using any number of filters in the top half of the window. Each of these filter criteria options are items found within the referral management template.
Retrieve: Form the report, once all the criteria is set. A list of matching referrals will appear at the bottom of the window, as well as the total number of matching referrals in brackets at the top of the list.
Print: Prints the report as it is shown in the report window.
Filter: Option to filter the criteria in more intricate details.
Export: Pull the report from Healthquest into HTML. CSV, or Excel file, creating columns for each field, giving options to sort and manipulate based on requested output of data.
Close: Closes the Referral Management Report window.
