​​Note client cards cannot be deleted from healthquest, they can be archived into the background by using the end date field in the client card.

On the client card, in the admin section, there is an end date and an end date reason.

Double click on the date box to open the calendar.

Select the date or click on today.

Select a reason in the end date reason dropdown menu.

Save. The client will no longer show up in te regular client lookup search.

**Note, to find this client once they have been end dated:

1. Search the PHN in the regular look up.
   
2. Reports > Client lists > End date list
   
3. Use the advanced client search.
