Removing practitioners and healthquest access

Note client cards cannot be deleted from healthquest, they can be archived into the background by using the end date field in the client card.

Make sure all billing is resolved prior to end dating the practitioner card.

To fully remove a practitioner from all dropdown menus in the software—and revoke their system access—please complete every step outlined in this article.

1. Search the client card looking to be end dated.

2. Click on the practitioner tab, in the client card.

3. Change the end date to today.

            

**Note, to find this client once they have been end dated:

  • Search the PHN in the regular look up.
  • Reports > Client lists > End date list

4. Click on the employee tab.
5. Once employee has finished their final shift: 
  1. Change the End Date to today.
  2. Uncheck the box next to the HQ User at the top.

6. Click Save.
