Resetting passwords

To reset a password in Healthquest, you must have admin privileges.

From the setup menu, select reset passwords.

  1. Select the user to reset from the dropdown list.
  2. Click the ‘reset’ button.
  3. Click yes to the popup message, and close window.

Next time the user logs into Healthquest, they will enter the same username and new password.

  1. Click Ok to login. Password is Reset.

 

Resetting Healthquest cloud passwords

To reset your own Healthquest cloud password, once logged into the cloud, click change password.


If you are already in Healthquest, you can change it here as well.

From the setup menu, select ‘change hqcloud password’.


Enter your current password, followed by a new one using the criteria noted in the bottom.

Passwords expire every 90 days, consider placing a reminder in your calendar at 85 days to come in and change password.
