Save w/ Task Button
Healthquest has optimized the workflow for initiating and updating tasks (worklists), by adding in a Save w/ Task button. You may see the button called New Task or Create Tasks, these buttons all function the same. This feature only works with email style worklists.
Using the Save w/ Task Button
1. With a document open that requires a worklist, click the Save w/ Task button.
2. Select if you would like to attach the document to a new worklist or add to an existing.
3. The patient's worklist window will open. You can either A) select from a template or B) create your own worklist from scratch.
4. Complete your worklist, add any additional attachments and save.
