View scanned documents on a patient’s chart using the
Healthquest online app.
Attaching new scans
If you have a document on your device or need to take a picture to add to a patient’s chart, you can do this from your mobile device as well.
This can be done from the charting section, as above. In the
scans option within the chart, click on new.
You can also
select a file to pull into Healthquest using the scans option on the menu. It
will give you the option to attach to a specific patient’s chart, if yes,
lookup the patient's name, or PHN. If you click no, it will save the file in
the index files within healthquest, for a staff member to link to a patient’s
chart.
