Self check-in for walk-in patients
Self check-in can be activated in program setup for walk-in patients without a current appointment.
The self check-in process looks a little different for the walk-in patients.
Welcome
screen:
- Click
doctor on call.
- Select
the walk-in doctor from the list followed by check in.
- Enter
all the information shown below. *Note in program setup, PHN can be a required
field.
- An appointment will be created in the next available slot,
the appointment will be marked as arrived in Healthquest.
- Click Done when complete.
