Sending bulk messages with patient messaging
Create your list of patients through CDS queries, or client
list manager, and send a message to each of them through patient messaging.
CDS Queries
Setup > Charting setup > CDS query setup.
Select CDS Query and click run report.
Highlight all patients needing the message.
Click send, select patient message.
Select a template or manually type in the message, adding
any attachments, forms, or intake forms.
Click send.
All patients will receive a personalized message with the
attached requisition.
Client list manager
Reports > statistics > client list manager
Select a list of patients and highlight the ones you want to
send message to.
Click send and select patient message.
Select a message template or type a message in manually.
Click send.
