Appointment types are customizable at the clinic level, so there is also an option in the appointment type setup that allows you to choose whether each appointment type is available for online booking or not.

Along the tabletop menu, select appts > appointment types setup.

To make an appointment type available for online booking, select the “online Booking” check box.

Go through each appointment type in the list on the left and select the “online Booking” check box as applicable.
