Sidebar

The sidebar displays personal inboxes of worklists, scans, referral management tasks, and patient messaging, click on the links to review more about these features.

At the top of the sidebar your will see three buttons.

The first button is used to launch QuestIQ, Healthquest's AI Help Agent. The second button will launch the Knowledge Base (Healthquest's help files), and the third is the pin. If you have the pin pointing down, the sidebar will stay either open or closed. If the pin points to the left, the sidebar will collapse when not in use and expand when you bring your curser over to it.

At the bottom of the sidebar is a list of recently touched items for patients. You will see a list of patients that you can expand to view your recent actions. You can right click on a patient's name to copy their PHN or out of province health care number.

Under your Patient Messaging section, or the Referral Management section, depending on your clinic's additional features and settings, you can also access:
