Submitting WCB reports

Submitting WCB reports

When each WCB report has been completed click the Submit button, located below the Print Patient Copy button.



If there are any errors in the report a popup message will appear that the report validation has failed.  Click OK and the Rapid Report window will display a list of Validation Errors.


Click on an error description to go to the line of the report where the error is located.

After all errors have been corrected click Submit again to submit the report.

*Note, once a report has been submitted changes cannot be made to that report.

The status of this report will change to ‘waiting’.

The submit button in rapid report sends the report to Microquest and Microquest submits the report to WCB as soon as possible (generally every 15 minutes).
