Transferring worklists

Transferring worklists

If a staff member, or practitioner, is being end dated on their client card, a warning will pop up stating they have outstanding worklists and ask if you want to transfer them.

Click yes, the following window will open.


Select the employee to receive these worklists.

Transfer all worklists or select specific worklists to transfer. A warning will pop up to confirm action.


If the transfer is not done during the end dating process, you have the option to open this window up later.

Admin > transfer worklists.
