Access Options While Travelling

If you need to access Healthquest Cloud from a restricted location, your clinic’s IT provider may be able to help you use one of the following options.

  1. Connect Through Canada

Your clinic’s IT provider may be able to configure a secure VPN connection that routes your internet       traffic through Canada.

For security reasons, please consult your clinic’s IT provider before installing or using a VPN service.

  1. Connect to a Computer at Your Clinic

You may be able to remotely connect to an approved workstation or server located at your clinic and       access Healthquest Cloud from that computer.

This option must be configured by your clinic’s IT provider.

  1. Request Temporary Access for Your Location

The Healthquest IT team may be able to allow access from the public IP address of your current       location.

To request access, please fill out this form. A new submission needs to be done whenever you connect from a different location or your public IP address changes.

Please allow up to one business day for this update to take effect. Requests submitted outside regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, may take longer.

Please submit your request before access is needed whenever possible.
