Treatment templates

Create treatment plan templates for those that are repeated regularly.

Click on setup and select treatment plan.


  1. Click new.
  2. Enter in the plan name.
  3. Add any details that are always the same.
    1. Select a practitioner and discipline.
    2. Enter the frequency of visits.
    3. Select the stage and status.
    4. Type any notes that will always be there.
  4. Click save.
