Using spellcheck for the chart note
While in a text field of a chart note, click ctrl + s, the check spelling box will appear.
Select the correct spelling from the list of suggestions and click change. It will move to the next incorrect spelling.
Other options on the check spelling window include:
- Ignore – leaves the spelling if this word as is and moves to the next.
- Ignore all – leaves all entries of the specific word as is.
- Add – add the word to the spelling dictionary so future entries are no longer flagged as misspelled.
- Change – makes the edit to the word in the chart note, moves to the next error.
- Change all – will make the same edits to all the entries of the same misspelled word.
- Suggest – will highlight the top option from the suggestions list.
- Cancel – will close out the check spelling window and complete the spell check.
