Use worklists within the Healthquest online app, on your mobile device, to review, edit, or create new worklists.
To create a new worklist, from the menu select worklists, then click new.
Search for a patient, or select a patient listed under
recent activity.
Complete all the relevant information as required and click
save.
To edit an existing worklist in your list, click on the entry to open the details of the worklist.
Scroll down and click the ‘Re:’ button to date and time stamp, then add your notes into the worklist.
Change the employee or job class to reassign the worklist to someone else.
If you want to use a prebuilt template, click on the three dots next to the save button, and click ‘load templates’. A list of saved templates will appear, select the applicable option, then complete any additional information if needed, then click save.
Filter your list to find a specific priority of worklist, select an option from the ‘type’ dropdown, or select the future tasks. Click filter to find those matching the criteria.
