You can add
reminders based on AH codes used during claims; for example, setting up a
reminder with a worklist template for all patients once they are eligible to
book for their next complete medical. Using reminders is helpful to track service
codes that can only be used a certain number of times per year.
Setup > add AHC reminders.
- Click add reminder.
- Enter the service code.
- Enter the number of days after
the service date that you want the worklist to become active. For example, 365 days for those annual service codes 03.04A.
- Select the worklist template from the dropdown to generate.
- If there isn’t an applicable template created, click
edit worklist template to create a new one or edit an existing one. Click here to review how to

- Click save.
Once this
reminder is established, the worklist will automatically generate when the
service code is saved in a claim. To avoid cluttering in your active worklists,
it will remain in the ‘future worklists’ until its start date.
