The charting module opens on the overview tab each time a
client is selected.
Patient demographics
Default information regarding the client, a small snapshot
of the client card name/addr tab.
Click below the heading to enter/edit allergies.
- View all existing chart notes on the patient
chart as a list.
- Right click on a note to view the chart note.
- Ctrl and right click to open the note in a new
window. (No limit to how many you can open at a time)
- Create a new chart note:
- Click on new, select a template, start charting.
- Ctrl and left click, select a template, it will
open the new chart note in a secondary window, start charting.

- Search the chart templates.
- Click the search button, enter word to search
and enter.
- All chart notes with that word in the template
will remain in the chart notes box.
- Click undo at the top of the window to return
all chart notes back to view.
There are many different available chart templates, looking for a custom charting experience, contact technical support and they can assist with customizing or building new templates.
Scanned and linked documents:
- View all existing scanned documents.
- Right click to select and open a scan to review
the document.
- Search the scanned document types and
descriptions.
- Click the search button, enter word to search
and enter.
- All scans with that word in the labelling will
remain in the scans box.
- Click undo at the top of the window to return
all scans back to view.

Problem history:
- View any problem in the chart.
- To edit a problem, right click on it, it opens
the problem tab to that specific problem.
- Save after any edits are made, click overview to
return to the main page.

Medical History:
- View the chart templates that are pinned to the
medical history section.
- Commonly, a patient history summary template and
an ASaP template

Medications:
- View active medications, including dose and date
of prescription.
- Renew medications, selected or all active.

Intake forms (optional
feature requiring activation):
- View intake forms assigned to patient, completed
or incomplete.
- Right click on the intake form to review
response.
- Ctrl and right click to open the intake form in
a secondary window.
- Add new intake forms to patient.
- Click new, select form, click assign form.

Letters:
- View all letters on the patient chart.
- Right click to open a letter.
- Create a new letter.
- Click new to open the client letters window.
