Creating RCMP claim forms
Specific forms will need to be generated followed by a third-party invoice. Creating invoices for RCMP claims is the same as billing any third party. Click

- To generate the RCMP claim
form, click the client menu, select ‘RCMP claim form’.
- Click new claim.
- It may ask if you wish to copy
from an existing chart note, select as appropriate.
- Fill in all the available information.
- Save – saves all the
information in the form.
- Print invoice – opens the invoice
selection window to select the third-party invoice.
- Select the correct items from
the invoice list.
- Click print and select yes or
no to print patient copy.
- Select yes or no to print all
pages.
- Select which pages to print
(Blue cross/patient copy, provider copy, HCC copy, and Member copy) and click
ok.
- Print PT copy – opens the print
window to print the patient copy of the official form.
