Hard and soft bookings

Hard and soft bookings

Hard bookings

Hard bookings are those that cannot be booked on top of, useful for non-booking times such as lunch or meetings.

If a booking does need to happen during a lunch break, manually edit the hard booking.

Right click to open the details, adjust the time, click ok. Drag and drop the hard booking to create the space as required.

To delete a hard booking, right click on it within the schedule, the same detail window opens, click on delete.
If only needing to edit, make the time, color, notes adjustments and click ok.

Soft bookings

Soft bookings are those that can be booked on top of, they are useful to guide when specific appointments should be booked. Soft bookings also have asterisks on either side of the description.

When an appointment is booked on top of a soft booking, it will default to that appointment type, for example a full medical.

This appointment can be changed in this appointment detail window if booking something different, it will not affect the schedule.
