General Shortcuts

Ctrl + S: Spell Check (except in letters)
Ctrl + A: Select All Text
Ctrl + C: Copy Text
Ctrl + V: Paste Text
Ctrl + X: Cut Text
Ctrl + scroll your mouse: zoom in or out

Billing Shortcuts

Alt + A: AHC History
Alt + B: New bill when in charting
Alt + C: Close
Alt + D: Done
Alt + E: Encounter
Alt + F: Facility
Alt + L: Last
Alt + N: New Client Card
Alt + P: Patient Lookup
Alt + R: Referral
Alt + T: Text
Alt + U: Undo
Shift + Tab: Go back

Appointment Schedule Window

Ctrl + right click: on a column to make it bigger.
Alt + right click: on a column to make it smaller.
Shift + right click: display the day's description or title.
Right click on a provider: to display multiple schedules at once.
Right click on a patient in the shuttle bay: then click 'find next' to view an upcoming booking for a patient (does not work if the appointment is confirmed).
Search for a patient who arrives for an appointment: to automatically mark them as arrived (does not work if the appointment is confirmed)

Appointment Details Window

Ctrl + left click on the rebook button: rebook multiple times over multiple months.
Alt + left click on the rebook button: rebook multiple times in a multi-week view.

Doctor View

Right click on a patient: to show their chart summary.

Chart Overview

Right click: to open existing items.
Ctrl + right click: to open existing items in a new window. (chart notes, scans, intake forms, letters)
Ctrl + right click 'new': to create a new chart note in a new window.
Ctrl + left click medications: to multi-select.

Charting

Ctrl + left click: on a field to view the history of what has been recorded in that field previously for the patient. Copy the text into your current note.
Double click on pediatric measurements: to graph height, weight, head circumference on a WHO Growth Chart (if enabled).
Ctrl + right click on a vitals field: to graph (if enabled).
Double click a service code or diagnostic code field: to bring up the lookup window.
Right click on a tab: to copy medications, problems or lab values into your chart note.

Medications - PrescribeIT Enabled

Ctrl + left click: multi-select medications
Shift + left click: cancel/inactivate medications

Labs

Double click a result: to graph
Shift + right click: mark a lab as reviewed
Ctrl + D: delete a lab result (use caution)
Ctrl + left click: view when a result arrived, who reviewed it and when
