Schedule availability for patients
Set specific time slots available for patients to book
online or allow any open slot to be available for online booking.
Program setup > appointments > online booking,
select the applicable appt slot option.
When using the online booking option, use soft bookings
on the schedule to identify the slots available that are assigned to online
booking, these will be what the patient will see if not yet booked.
Here is an example of the online soft booking slots and
how they are available for the patient on the booking site.

If
selecting any available as the option for appt slots in program setup, all time
slots that are open in a provider schedule will be available for online booking
for the patient.
