The appointment scheduler
To
open the appointments window, click the ‘appoints’ icon on
the tabletop toolbar.
The schedule is a tool that serves as a centralized location
for keeping track of all scheduled activities within the clinic and it offers a
wide range of features.
Non-clinical staff will spend much of their time in this
window. Here is a quick overview of the page and where items live.

Move items around on the schedule screen – Click and
drag the heading of the box, such as the toolbar, rooms, etc.,
When happy with the layout locations, click save at the bottom
of the toolbar, this saves the layout so each time the appointments window is
opened, everything will be positions as saved.
The scheduled appointments show several details without having to open
the detail window.
Adjust the width of the columns within the schedule:
- Ctrl and right click on the column to expand the column.
- Alt and right click on the column to decrease the width of the column.
