Week/Day - Switch to a weekly view vs a daily view of one practitioner.
Month – opens a monthly calendar with any day descriptions, start times, and patient counts.
Hold – opens the hold tank where appointments can be placed (drag and drop appts into and out of here to the schedule). Click here to learn more about the hold tank.
Wait – opens the waitlist window, appointments can be dragged into and out the waitlist to the schedule. Multiple waitlists can exist at the same time. Click here to learn more about the waitlist.
All sched - opens all schedules for practitioners with an open schedule for the day being displayed.
States – opens the appointment states window offering a list of all appointments for today, with ability to drag over a status to change without opening appointment detail window. Click here to learn more about the states window.
Family – opens a list of all patient relations of the client loaded in the shuttle bay. Useful for booking all family members in succession on the schedule, drag and drop them from the family window onto the schedule.
View all – opens a report to show the number of open time slots per hour, including online booking slots, that are available for each provider with availability for the date shown.
Refresh – refreshes any changes made to the appointment scheduler.
Stats – opens a list of appointment statistics, including statuses and types, for the far-left practitioner schedule that is open on a specific day.
Find – opens the find window, look for an available appointment slot specific to a practitioner, day of the week, and between certain hours. Click here to learn more on this feature.
Multi find – opens the booking multiple appointments window to schedule patients with more than one practitioner back-to-back, or at the same time. Click here to learn more about this feature.
Book – opens the hard or soft bookings window. Click here to learn more about these booking types.
Default – use this button to create multiple soft bookings in one day (it is easy and faster than using the book button for multiples).
Template – Opens the template window to create and apply practitioner schedules. Click here to learn how to build a practitioner schedule.
Notes – opens a schedule notes text box. Note this is visible clinic wide but needs to be opened individually. For example, practitioner scheduling rules notes, only 3 medicals a day, do not book new patients at the end of the day.
Save – this will save any changes to templates, as well as save the positioning and size of the schedule and toolbar.
