Create a new treatment plan for every new patient’s concern.

  2. Click on the treatment plan tab.

The other option to find the treatment plan is under the client menu, select treatment plan, search for the patient in the look-up field.

  1. Click new, this will open a new blank plan tab.
    1. If there are templates saved, these will pop up to select from, click ok.

  2. Select the practitioner and discipline from the dropdowns.
  3. The start date will default to today’s date, change if required.
  4. Enter the frequency of appointments the treatment plan will have.
    1. The above example shows three appointments per week for 6 weeks, equaling 18 appointments.
  5. Select the stage and status from the dropdown options.
  6. Type in notes from the encounter in the notes box. (Consider entering the date first, this will help segregate the notes from one encounter to another.
