Specific forms will need to be generated followed by a third-party invoice. Creating invoices for veterans is the same as billing any third party. Click here to review third party billing.
  1. Create the third-party invoice, click the above link to learn how to create third-party invoices.
  2. Generate the Veterans claim form.
    1. Click the client menu, select ‘National Defence claim form’.
    2. Select ‘Veterans claim’.
    3. Click new claim.
    4. If prior claims exist in your system, It will ask if you wish to copy previous veterans claim form information, click yes.

    1. Enter the claim number, practitioner, and the authorization number.
    2. Print invoice.
      1. Select the correct items from the invoice list.

      1. Click print.
