Lab results tab

All electronic labs and reports for a practitioner to review will be listed here.



Double click on the top lab/report to open the lab results window.

  1. Review the lab/report shown. The highlighted result is shown in full below. (*Note abnormal results appear red (both the name and the value within the result).
  2. Add any notes if applicable in the notes box for future reference, click the review button. (Visible on the doctor view lab results tab).
  3. Review trends of a specific lab value, double click the value, shown above, to open a list of each value for that test, with a graph visual as well.


*Tip if a client has multiple entries, scroll through the list, review them all and then use the next client button.

Buttons available

  1. Prev and Next – scroll through the labs/reports on the practitioner lab results list.
  2. Prev client and next client – scroll through the different clients that have labs/reports on the practitioner lab results list.
  3. Move – reassign this lab/report or all to another practitioner.

  1. Chart – opens the chart of the patient the lab/report is attached to.
  2. View client – opens the chart of the patient the lab/report is attached to.
  3. Create tasks – create a new worklist for this patient regarding this result.
  4. Click the next visit date to bring up the patient’s list of appointments.

 If preferred, open the chart before reviewing a lab/report.

  1. Click the chart button for the lab/report entry.
  2. Click on the lab/reports tab.
