Delivery methods for medications

Completed medication entries can be ‘sent’ in three different methods.

          1.       PrescribeIT


  1. Select PrescribeIT radio button.
  2. Select correct pharmacy from local address book dropdown, or search Healthquest complete PrescribeIT address book.
  3. E-Sign & Send (This will have Dr. signature and a PrescribeIT barcode)

 

          2.       Paper


  1. Select paper radio button.
  2. Note the pharmacy line is empty.
  3. E-Sign & Print (This will have Dr. signature and a PrescribeIT barcode).

 

   3.       PrescribeIT Opt-out

  1. Select PrescribeIT Opt-out check box.
  2. Print (This will have Dr. signature only).
