Introduction
Healthquest has integrated RingCentral eFax software directly into the EMR. With this integration you can send faxes directly from Healthquest, utilizing the patient's attached referral doctors and relations, like pharmacies or third parties, for a patient specific address book, or fax any number manually. Faxes get logged on the patient's chart and there is a report available to view the status of the referral, what was sent and to who. You can also refax the referral with just a few clicks.
