Standardize
the problem list use within the clinic making it easier to run reports, search
for patients, and clean transfer of data to letters as required.
Open the admin
menu, select security report, and click on ‘fix problem names’.
- Select
the problem from the list you wish to edit.
- Make
the changes in the edit line at the bottom.
- Click
save.
All charts with that problem entry will now have the corrected version of the problem.
For
example, if you change the h to a capital H, this will be reflected on all
charts.
If you have
multiple entries for diabetes, decide how you want it labeled, then all the
others, edit them to match the chosen label, this will change all charts, but
will also remove that option from the list of problem names here.
