Updating AH tables

Error when clicking ‘Send eReferral’

The health service catalog contains a list of all the reasons for referral, the specialties, and the triage sites, with all the possible combinations. If an update has occurred within the health service catalogue involving the combination requested, but it has not yet been updated within Healthquest, it is possible that a referral may be sent with an invalid combination of reason, specialty, and triage site. If this occurs, an error message will pop up after clicking the send eReferral button.


Healthquest will recognize that there was a combination error and will automatically update the health service catalog (in AH tables). Click ok to remove the error message, the dropdowns for specialty and site will appear blank, requiring requesting provider to reselect from the updated dropdowns and clicking send eReferral again.

The health Service Catalogue is updated every night, but, if wanting to manually update it, a system administrator can go to:

Setup > Load AH tables
1. Deselect all check marked items
2. Select Load CII Coding Tables (At the bottom)
3. Click Go.
