Windows user login

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to: https://cloud.microquest.ca


      2. Login with your username and password.
      3. There are two options for the Remote Desktop shortcut:
                  a. An updated shortcut that does not require the domain (hqcloud) to be entered but will not remember username and passwords; and
                  b. The standard shortcut that requires the hqcloud domain to be entered but will allow for saving username and passwords.



      4. Download your preferred Healthquest Cloud shortcut file and place the file in a convenient location (e.g. your Desktop).
      5. Locate the file you downloaded and double-click to launch Healthquest Cloud.
                                                
      6. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.



      7. When entering your username, ensure it is prefixed with hqcloud\(e.g. hqcloud\user.name).
                  aIf you use the updated shortcut, the hqcloud prefix will be automatically filled in.
      8. If prompted, select Don't ask me again for remote connections from this publisher and then click Connect.



      9. Healthquest will launch and automatically log you into the application.
                  a. Note: it may take up to 60 seconds to launch Healthquest!

If prompted to login to Healthquest itself, please contact Microquest support toll free at 1-866-438-3762. (Local 780-438-3762).
