- Open a web browser and navigate to: Healthquest Cloud
- Login with your username and password.
3. Double-click
the “Healthquest 4” icon.
**Some web browsers may display a warning before
downloading the Healthquest shortcut and you may need to approve the file
download
4. Open
the download folder shown here, copy and paste this Healthquest Cloud
Shortcut file to your convenient location (e.g. your Desktop).
**Please note the preference settings for credentials
“Shared” and “Private”
5. Locate
the file you downloaded and double-click to launch Healthquest Cloud.
6. Enter Cloud username and password.
- If the Domain is blank, enter hqcloud\ in front if your username.
7. If prompted,
select Don't ask me again for remote connections from this publisher and
then click Connect.
8. Healthquest will launch and automatically log you into the application.
- Note: it may take up to 60 seconds to launch Healthquest!
If prompted to login to Healthquest itself, please contact Microquest tech support toll free at 1-866-438-3762. (Local 780-438-3762).
Microquest tech support is available, Mountain Time (UTC -07:00):
- Monday-Thursday 07:30-18:00
- Friday 07:30-17:00
If unable to connect with tech support and need to get
logged in immediately, use your healthquest login username and password to
access Healthquest. (Note this is not the same as your cloud login).
