Creating bulk worklists

There may be times where a worklist should be applied to multiple patients, instead of applying it one by one, add the worklist to a group/list of patients to save time.

To apply a worklist to multiple patients:

  1. Open the client list manager (Reports > statistics > client list manager).
  2. Select an existing client list from the left or create a new list.
  3. Highlight the appropriate patients from the list, to select all, highlight one patient, click above the column names to select all.

  1. Click ‘create task(s)’.
  2. Select a worklist template or fill in all the required fields and enter the notes.

  1. Click ‘save and create tasks’.
  2. All patients who were highlighted on the client list will now have the above worklist applied to their records.
