The wait list serves as a queue for patients awaiting appointments.
Multiple lists can be created for different appointment types or practitioners.
Some examples of a waiting list:
- Patients looking for a new practitioner.
- Referred patients waiting on appointment times
to open.
- Use as a cancellation list.
- A group session is at capacity; wait for the
next session, or for someone to drop out.
Open the wait list from the toolbar along the left side,
click the ‘wait’ button. (To close the wait list, click the wait button again).
